Duabangsa Education Services (DES) is founded by Pritha Nandini, former Head of counseling section in Netherlands Education Center (NEC, currently known as NESO) Jakarta. Through many years of experience in counseling, student recruitment and marketing, she finally managed to realize her concept in helping students who want to continue their study abroad, specially in The Netherlands.
